Starting to blog

So I thought I would jump on the bandwagon of blogging. I figured it was about time. I can't guarantee it will always be kept up to date but I will give it my best.

A few updates:

I am in my 3rd of 4 semesters of Nursing School. Which means I am almost done!! I am learning obstetrical nursing (labor and delivery, etc) right now which I love! It's most likely where I want to end up when I'm done.

I am working in the post-partum unit at CMH (taking care of mom's after they have their baby)

Brian is the Radiology Lead at the veterinary hospital where he has been for about 3 years. He runs the CT and x-ray and is the "commander and chief" of this department.

Brian will be taking a few pre-requisite classes soon and will then start radiology tech school when we move to WASHINGTON (state) next September! :)

That's right! Our current plans are to move to Spokane in August or September of 2009. We are really looking forward to it!

Well, that's about it for now. Hopefully I will keep this up to date! :)

Hi Beth,

thanks for letting me know. Cute site. I have a blog also. Its ckshafer.blogspot.com check it out, Although it is outdated. I need to be better. Congrats with school. I enjoyed OB also. It was very interesting. You would make a great OB nurse. How far is spokane from Seattle?

Jumping up and down with glee. Someone is moving to WA to be near Me! Well not near but a heck of a lot closer.

Seeing how no one has bought Erik's boat we might actually have it around and can take you guys out on the trip we've promised you.

Sadly I don't know how far Spokane is from Seattle 4-6 hours. I'll cross my fingers for the 4. They don't get our rain but they do get snow. Hopefully there will be places you can go ski.

I'm happy to see that you're blogging. It's fun to see how people are doing through their blogs. You guys have to come visit more often before you make the big move.
